Easy Returns Within 30 Days
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. We offer 100% satisfaction with no restocking fees, ensuring a hassle-free process for our customers.
Simple Replacement or Refund Process
In case of any defects or damages, we offer a replacement or a full refund, based on the details of your case. Simply contact our Customer Support Team at ronny@oddhive.com to initiate the process. Please note that because we work with Jondo, our fulfillment partner, return labels are not provided, and customers will not be asked to return damaged items.
Quality Assurance and Reporting Issues
We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you encounter a defect or damage due to shipping, please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer either a replacement or a refund. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage to expedite the process.
Replacement Policy
To ensure prompt resolution, we offer replacements without requiring the return of defective or damaged products. However, to prevent potential abuse of this system:
