Shipping Policy

​At CanvasPrintCraft.com, we are committed to delivering your custom canvas prints quickly and reliably. We’ve partnered with Jondo, a trusted fulfillment center, to print and ship your order using a network of shipping providers to ensure efficiency and convenience.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Once you place an order, our team and fulfillment partner immediately start processing it to ensure swift delivery. Here’s our standard shipping timeline:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time)

  • Order Handling Time: 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit Time: 4-5 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2 days, and the total delivery time typically ranges between 6-8 business days. While we strive to meet these timelines, please be aware that occasional delays due to unforeseen issues with shipping or processing may occur. We will always do our best to get your product to you as quickly as possible.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and tracking link, so you can monitor your order’s progress. We will also send an email to notify you when your package has been delivered.

Shipping Carriers

As we work with Jondo, your order may be shipped via various trusted carriers depending on your location and the best available service. While we strive to provide free shipping on all orders, shipping costs or carrier selection may vary based on the products ordered and destination. All shipping details, including tracking, will be provided to you via email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. However, please note that shipping to these locations can take an additional 7-12 business days beyond the standard transit time due to carrier logistics.

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APOs, FPOs, or DPOs due to carrier restrictions. If you reside in one of these excluded areas, please reach out to us to explore alternative shipping options.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Double-check the shipping address on your order.

  2. Inspect all possible delivery areas around your residence.

  3. Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package on your behalf.

  4. Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided to initiate a claim.

If your package is declared lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately at ronny@oddhive.com with your order number. We will work with you to either reship your order or issue a refund based on your preference.

CanvasPrintCraft.com reserves the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
